We have bought and sold several houses, and John Feeney was by far the best agent we’ve worked with. We used John as a selling agent. He is knowledgeable of the market and told us where he thought the list price should be, but he knows the ultimate decision is up to the seller. His marketing strategy is good, and he works with quality people (his photographers, for example). He was on top of every bit of the paperwork needed, and he was in communication with us when needed (but not excessively when not needed.) Our recent sale had some unique challenges and could have been difficult, but John was on top of everything every step of the way, and made it extremely easy for us. If you need an agent who knows what he’s doing but will still put your needs first, he’s the one for you.
