As an agent with the CLHMS designation, John was eligible to apply for the Million Dollar GUILD™ recognition.
In order to achieve this recognition, an agent must close two transactions in the million dollar and above residential market, as well as have their CLHMS designation.

As the premier credential in seller representation, the SRS designation heightens professional standards and upgrades personal performance.
To acquire this certification, a real estate professional must complete the Real Estate Business Institute’s SRS course and an elective course. The agent must also must have completed three transactions in which they acted as the sole seller representative.
